The preschool years are a very formative time for three year olds. The preschool experience will enhance their mental, physical, social and emotional development through exposure to new ideas, relationships and materials to work with. My goal is to provide a happy, loving, safe atmosphere for each child to develop at his/her own development level.
 
SCHEDULE     
8:50--10:00 Free play, painting, art or craft activity
10:00--10:15Circle Time- Calendar, music, sharing time
10:15--10:30     Snack
10:30--10:45     Quiet time, bathroom
10:45--11:00   Story time, Flannel Board
11:00--11:30Physical activity-outside, weather permitting

 
OBJECTIVES
1To learn to express himself/herself
2To learn to share and take turns
3To develop a positive sense of worth
4To develop good listening habits and learn to follow directions
5To develop language skills through books, song, fingeplays and calendar
6To develop fine motor skills through puzzles, manipulatives, painting and gross motor skills through movement activities inside and outside
7To develop creative and artistic skills while introducing and building on colors and shapes
